Fixed price before we lift
We quote once we know the job — size, stairs, distance. That price is what you pay, with no bill that grows on the day.
We know the stairs
We have carried furniture up most of these buildings already. That is why the quote is right the first time.
We cover Shillong and the towns within about two hours of it — Nongpoh, Jowai, Mawsynram. Further than that we still do it, we just quote the distance separately. Stairs are the thing that changes a price most: tell us the floor and whether there is a lift and the number we give you will hold.
We usually need about 2 days’ notice — sooner if a crew is free.
