These terms govern your use of meghestates.in, operated by Meghalaya Real Estate (“Megh Estates”, “we”) of Rynjah, Shillong, Meghalaya, India. By using the site you accept them.
We list residential and commercial property in and around Shillong that our own team has visited, arrange site visits, take owner listings, and provide packing and moving services. Listings are information, not an offer capable of acceptance: prices are as stated by owners, availability can change between our visit and yours, and a transaction happens only by agreement with the owner.
Every listing reflects what our team saw on the day it was photographed. We correct errors when we learn of them and take down anything that turns out to be wrong — tell us and we will act the same day. We still cannot guarantee that every detail remains true at every moment, and photographs are illustrative of the property as it was on the visit date.
Booking a site visit may carry a fee, shown to you before you pay and processed by Cashfree. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Owners pay nothing to list a property. Moving work is quoted in writing before anything is lifted, and those quotes carry their own written terms.
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from dealings between you and a property owner; our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the fee you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Site content and branding are ours; third-party brand marks belong to their owners and appear only to state a fact of past work. We may update these terms — the date above changes when we do, and continued use means acceptance.
